Forced or Involuntary Labour
The Company does not use forced or involuntary labour ofany type; employment is voluntary.
The Company doesnot use child labour. The term "child"refers to any person employed under the age of 18 or under the agefor completing compulsory education, or under theminimum age for employment in our country.We support the use of legitimate workplaceapprenticeship programs which comply with all laws andregulations applicable to such apprenticeship programs.
Wages and Benefits
The Company complies with all applicablewage and hour laws and regulations, including thoserelating to minimum wages; overtime hours, piece ratesand other elements of compensation, and provide legallymandated benefits.
The Company does not exceed prevailing local work hoursand will appropriately compensate overtime.Workers arenot required to work more than 60 hours per week,including overtime, except in extraordinary businesscircumstances with their consent. Employees are allowed at least one day off perseven-day week.
The Company doesdiscriminate in hiring and employmentpractices on grounds of race, religion, age, nationality,social or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender, genderidentity or expression, marital status, pregnancy, politicalaffiliation, or disability.
Respect and Dignity
The Companytreats all employees with respect and willnot use corporal punishment, threats of violence or otherforms of physical coercion or harassment.
Freedom of Association
The Company respects the legal rights of employees to joinor to refrain from joining worker organizations, includingtrade unions.
Health and Safety
The Company provides the employees with a safe andhealthy workplace in compliance with all applicable lawsand regulations.
